Kudos Goods-In Procedure

ALL non P&D deliveries are pre-booked at least 48 hours before they are scheduled to arrive at Kudos. This applies to both new release shipments AND back catalogue shipments.

You can use the link below to book your delivery;

Once you have completed this simple form, please email a delivery note for the goods (either as an attachment, or in the body of an email) to warehouse@kudosrecords.co.uk CC’ing your label manager.

All goods MUST have been created in the label portal before they are dispatched to Kudos. To ensure the smooth running of our warehouse it is vitally important that the product catalogue numbers (and UPCs where applicable) have been registered in our system before any stock is delivered. Any delivery not pre-booked, or deliveries that contains titles that are not loaded on the portal may be turned away or returned to you at your expense.

Stock Quantities

Please discuss initial stock requirements on new releases with your Kudos label manager before you go into production. We really don’t have enough surplus space to store any more than enough stock to satisfy 60 days of demand. In some cases this may mean that you will only be able to ship part of your initial pressing to Kudos, retaining the balance until we need more stock.

Packing Guidelines

It might sound obvious, but goods must be received by Kudos in saleable condition. If you are shipping goods from abroad, PLEASE make sure you pack them well. In particular, please make sure that boxes containing vinyl are packed out in such a way so as to prevent the records sliding about inside the carton and damaging the corners. US pressing plants in particular tend to use boxes which are slightly too big. Please use bubblewrap, corrugated card or newspaper to “fill the gaps”.
