If you receive any issues with an order (e.g. incorrect or missing item) please either forward the email to or put the customer in touch with bandcamp@support.kudosdistribution.co.uk (please make sure the order number is included either in the subject or body) which will create a ticket in our internal ticketing system for the warehouse to resolve as soon as possible.

Shipping Info
Our orders are fulfilled by Kudos Distribution and are shipped via Royal Mail First Class (UK 24 & International Priority) from their warehouse in London, UK.
UK orders usually arrive the following day, EU orders around 1 week and ROW orders 2-4 weeks. Although please allow up to 28 days for delivery in case of any delays in transit.
UK orders are automatically supplied a tracking number which is supplied as part of your shipping notification.
Pre-order products will be shipped to arrive as close as possible to the release date. All orders are dispatched in a single consignment so any other items in your cart will be held until all products are available. Please note that release dates for items on pre-order are subject to change.
