Introduction
Users who pay a monthly SoundCloud Go+ subscription are able to access the SoundCloud catalogue directly from their DJ platform and mix the tracks into their sets. Currently SoundCloud’s DJ Tools are available in the following DJ platforms:
- Pioneer DJ
- Serato
- Native Instruments Traktor
- Cross DJ 4
- Virtual DJ
- DEX
- EDJing (Android & OSX App)
Streams made through the DJ integrations are counted in the same way as music played directly through SoundCloud’s app and so generate a royalty based on a pro-rata share of total subscription revenues. The service is only available to premium subscribers.
